Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products. For digital products, sessions, etc. please check the end of this page.
We strive to give you a great experience each time you shop with us. But if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of the paid price. Having said that, please note that the return of your product will be accepted only within 30 days of delivery provided it is preserved in its original condition and packaging; is unused (unconsumed in case of food items), unwashed, undamaged and un-tampered with and all the original labels, price tag or sticker and other printed matter, if any, are intact. Also, the refund/replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and verification by the Mystic Lotus team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Return Policy. Please note that some special rules for promotional offers may override our 30-day Return Policy.
To return an item, you can go on our website and click the “Return” option against the product(s) you wish to return. You can also send an email at help@themysticlotus.com to initiate the return. You will receive a confirmation from us about it. Then, our logistic partner will come and pick up the package from you. Be sure to initiate the return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product to you.
All physical products are returnable, however for all our categories including food items and consumables, our return policies and inspection are very stringent. Please ensure that the products you wish to return (if any) are not used and the original packing, labels, etc. are not tampered with (as far as possible).
If you were charged for shipping and if your return request is successful, then the amount you paid for shipping will also be refunded back to you. Having said that, if more than one product was delivered to you and you did not return all products, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once your return request has been placed with us, it usually takes up to 7 working days to complete the return process. If you wish to cancel your return request, you can do so by writing to us at help@themysticlotus.com or calling us on +91-89289 45892.
As far as exchanging a product you have bought is concerned, all items can be exchanged ONLY after they have been approved by us (which means – we may not approve certain exchanges without providing any reason whatsoever). They can be exchanged as long as they are not used and the original packing, labels, etc. are not tampered with (as far as possible).
If you have chosen a replacement item which is of a higher price than the product to be exchanged, then you will have to pay the balance amount. Please note that there may be additional shipping charges applicable depending on the weight and dimensions of the product.
You are not allowed to re-exchange an exchanged item.
The only exception to our returns and exchange policy is for purchase of digital downloads (audio, books, videos, workshops, sessions, trainings, etc). Unless otherwise specified, returns and refund will not be permitted for Digital Downloads. Even where returns are permitted by us, transaction fees, including cost of EMI, payment gateway, etc will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
